What is Life Coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative, creative process of exploration and discovery that will encourage you to design the life you love. Together, we will identify where you are right now and where you want to be and focus on bridging that gap.
Coaching can help you work through transitions, inspire transformation, and shine light on your deepest desires. You will identify & tap into your strengths to create the momentum necessary to embrace & achieve your core desires, whatever they may be.
Transformational, holistic life coaching will inspire you to integrate all aspects of yourself to align with your purpose and passions.
I will introduce you to tools and resources to incite change at every level of your life.
Elements of my coaching include interpersonal neurobiology, archetypes, visioning, personal narrative, expressive arts & writing, energy psychology, yoga, mindfulness & meditation, whole person learning, and somatic psychology.
Your coaching experience will be tailored to you based on the depth and outcomes you're seeking.

It is important to note that coaching is not therapy & is not intended to diagnose or treat mental health issues, nor is it a replacement for mental health services. I will be glad to provide referrals to appropriate mental health providers when needed.
